01 first of all, i'd like to clarify that my first language is portuguese. i can also speak spanish and english, so please bear with me if there are any mistakes. 02 my standard turnaround time for edits is 7 days. i usually finish earlier, so don't worry if you don't hear from me during this time. your order will be delivered. 03 i typically request a reference image of the character because i don't always know the anime, comic, series, game, etc., they are from. 04 files are delivered via google drive. i send a private link and only release the files after payment is confirmed. 05 payments can be made via PayPal or Ko-fi. 06 if you have any questions or need help with anything, feel free to message me. and if you're not happy with something, you can request revisions until you're satisfied.
